We are a growing brand in the agro industry, dealing in high-quality shade nets used for farming, terrace gardens, parking, and industrial purposes. We are looking for a creative designer who can create engaging and unique social media posts for our brand.

**Job Requirements:**

* Design creative and professional social media posts (Instagram/Facebook)
* Posts should be **not basic or generic**, must include **creative concepts, storytelling, or meme-style ideas**
* Ability to create **carousel posts (multi-slide)** as well as single posters
* Understanding of **modern design trends and audience psychology**
* Should be able to follow brand colors and maintain a premium look

**Type of Content Expected:**

* Meme-based relatable posts
* Storytelling-based creatives (problem → solution)
* Unique and scroll-stopping concepts (not typical AI-style designs)
* Informative + engaging posts

**Deliverables:**

* 1 high-quality post per requirement (size: 1:1 or as instructed)
* Editable source file (Canva preferred)
* Final PNG/JPG file

**Important Notes:**

* We are not looking for basic or template-based designs
* Creativity and originality will be highly valued
* Long-term work opportunity if performance is good
