Social media data maintenance

I’m looking for help keeping my Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts clean, current, and insightful. The work centres on three core activities:

• Updating profiles – refresh bios, links, images, and any key business information whenever changes arise.
• Monitoring activity – track comments, messages, and mentions so I can respond promptly and spot any emerging issues.
• Generating reports – compile concise performance snapshots that highlight engagement trends, follower growth, and content insights.

Volume fluctuates, so I’m flexible on scheduling; we can agree on a rhythm that keeps everything accurate without unnecessary overhead. Please be comfortable with each platform’s native analytics, basic spreadsheet reporting, and simple graphic tweaks (e.g., profile pictures, cover images).

Deliverables will be shared through a cloud folder of your choice, and I’m happy to provide account access levels, brand guidelines, and previous reports to get you started quickly. If you have suggestions for automation or additional metrics worth tracking, I’m eager to hear them.
