# Elevate Wellness – Social Media Ad Designer Required

## Project Overview

We are looking for a talented and reliable **social media designer / creative** to design **30 paid social media advertisements** for **Elevate Wellness**, a premium South African wellness and supplement brand.

The objective is to create visually strong, premium and conversion-focused advertising creative that can be used across **Meta Ads, Instagram and Facebook**.

This is a fast-turnaround project, so we are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design.

## Scope of Work

The selected designer will be required to create:

* **30 social media ad creatives**
* A mixture of **static ads and carousel-style creative**
* Designs primarily for **Instagram and Facebook / Meta Ads**
* Conversion-focused creative suitable for paid advertising
* Designs that remain consistent with the existing **Elevate Wellness brand identity**
* Different creative treatments so that the 30 ads do not all feel like variations of the same template

**All copy, headlines, CTA messaging and ad copy will be supplied.**

Product information, brand references and available product imagery will also be supplied.

The designer's responsibility will primarily be the **creative concept, layout, typography, image treatment and final execution**.

## Creative Direction

Elevate Wellness has a premium, modern wellness aesthetic.

We are looking for creative that feels:

* Premium
* Editorial
* Modern
* Clean
* Aspirational
* Lifestyle-driven
* Wellness-focused
* Sophisticated rather than overly clinical
* Designed specifically to stop the scroll and perform as advertising

We do **not** want 30 generic Canva-style templates.

The designer should be comfortable combining:

* Product imagery
* Lifestyle imagery
* Typography
* Benefits / messaging
* Promotional elements
* Strong visual hierarchy
* Clear calls to action

The creative needs to balance **brand-building with performance marketing**.

## Test Design Required

Before appointing the designer for the complete project, we will require **one test social media ad**.

We will supply:

* The product
* Copy
* Creative direction
* Reference material

The test creative will allow us to assess:

* Design quality
* Understanding of the Elevate Wellness brand
* Layout and typography
* Ability to create performance-focused advertising
* Attention to detail
* Ability to follow a brief

**The full project will only be awarded once the test creative has been reviewed and approved.**

## Budget

**Total project budget: USD $100**

This budget is for the complete set of **30 social media ad creatives**.

Please do not apply if you are unable to work within this budget.

There is potential for **ongoing monthly creative work** for the right designer if the initial project is successful.

## Turnaround Time

The complete set of 30 creatives must be delivered within:

**48 hours from final appointment and receipt of all project assets.**

You must therefore have availability to begin immediately once appointed.

## Deliverables

Final deliverables should include:

* 30 completed social media ad designs
* High-resolution JPG / PNG files
* Correct Meta / Instagram dimensions
* Editable/source files where applicable
* Organised and clearly named files
* Reasonable amendments based on consolidated feedback
