Smooth Camera Spin Transition Video

I need help editing two videos to create a smooth transition. The first video is a selfie video of me running, and the second video is a Hong Kong cityscape background with skyscrapers. I want the transition to look like I'm spinning the camera to turn into the background after filming the selfie video. I actually do that in my first video, but I don’t want to use that background because it is filmed vertical and I need the whole video horizontal.
