Smartphone App for V2X Communication and Geo-Location Integration

I am looking for skilled developers to create a smartphone application that integrates with a dedicated communication module. The app should enable real-time geo-location tracking of the smartphone and display this information within Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) or Vehicle-to-Network (V2N) systems. Key features include:
- Compatibility with V2X communication protocols
- Real-time geo-location tracking and data sharing
- Seamless integration with a dedicated communication module
- User-friendly interface for setup and operation
