SmarterMail Migration and Configuration Expert Needed

My company is preparing to undergo a lift-and-shift migration of our existing server to a new hosting environment. SmarterMail is currently installed and running on this server. We are seeking a professional with experience managing SmarterMail, part of the SmarterTools suite, to assist with the transition and ensure the application is properly configured and functioning in the new hosting environment. Our company regularly sends high-volume email communications to members of associations we serve, so experience with SmarterMail settings, configuration, bulk email, and email deliverability is important. Direct experience with the SmarterMail application is a major plus. Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, and DNS is also desirable.

The initial project will focus on reviewing our current SmarterMail setup and assisting with the transition to the new hosting environment, including configuration and testing to ensure everything is functioning properly. This project may lead to additional opportunities, including ongoing SmarterMail management, system updates, troubleshooting, and assistance with email campaigns. Project-based initially, with potential for ongoing work.
