Smart Website Chat Assistant

I need a live-chat assistant embedded directly on my website that can stay online around the clock, greet visitors, answer their usual questions, and guide them toward the right product or service so they feel confident enough to click “buy.”

To give the assistant solid material to work with, you’ll train it on:
• every relevant page already published on the site
• a spreadsheet I’ll share that lists products, prices, and key specs
• an additional Q&A document that I’ll write for edge-case inquiries

The finished chat widget must:
• sit neatly on every page without slowing load time
• understand and respond in natural, friendly language
• recognise when a conversation turns into a sales lead and push calls-to-action (e.g., add to cart, schedule a demo, etc.)

I’m platform-agnostic—as long as the solution is reliable, GDPR-compliant, and easy for me to update later, I’m happy. Popular stacks such as Dialogflow, ChatGPT API, Zendesk, or Tidio are welcome if they fit the brief.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured chat assistant embedded on my site
2. Imported knowledge base from the three sources above
3. Short hand-over guide showing how I can edit answers or add new ones

Once the bot is live and I can test typical queries about pricing, features, and recommended products, we’re done.
