Smart Table Capture & Automatic Excel Sync

build a Google Chrome Extension or system app that can capture selected tables or specific data areas from that user select webpages and automatically transfer the data into Microsoft Excel.
Required Features
1. Table Selection: Select any table or specific data area from a webpage using the mouse.
2. Multiple Selection: Select multiple tables from the same webpage or different Chrome tabs.
3. Excel Export: Automatically copy selected data into a new or existing Excel workbook.
4. Automatic Data Sync: Monitor selected webpage data and update Excel automatically whenever values change with date and time.
5. Multi-Tab Monitoring: Monitor multiple selected Chrome tabs simultaneously.
6. Custom Excel Mapping: Select the destination workbook, worksheet and starting cell.
7. Change Detection: Identify new, modified and deleted rows without creating duplicate records.
8. Auto Refresh: Configurable monitoring intervals (5, 10, 30 and 60 seconds).
9. Background Operation: Continue monitoring while working on other Chrome tabs.
10. Sync History: Maintain a record of data changes and synchronization errors.
