Smart Group Posting Leader

I’m looking for a dynamic Posting Leader who can take charge of a team of more than ten people and keep our Smart Groups running smoothly. Your core responsibility is team management: assigning daily posting tasks, monitoring quality, and making sure every deadline is met. If you also happen to enjoy client interactions or light administrative work, that versatility will be welcomed, but the heart of the role is guiding a large crew so everyone stays coordinated and motivated.

You’ll report progress to me at the end of each week, highlighting key metrics such as post volume, engagement rates, and any blockers the team faces. Clear communication, a knack for problem-solving, and an eye for detail are essential.
