Small Ship Figurehead Resin Prints

I need a reliable resin-printing partner to bring a set of miniature ship figureheads, stern carvings, and cannons to life. Each piece will be small—no larger than 5 inches—and should capture a moderate level of detail so scrollwork, facial features, and barrel lines read cleanly without pushing ultra-fine tolerances that drive costs up.

You’ll be handling the actual printing process. If you work in Anycubic Photon, Elegoo Mars, Form 3, or a comparable MSLA/SLA machine, that’s perfect; the key is a consistently smooth surface that needs only light touch-ups before painting. I’m happy to discuss resin types, but a gray engineering or hobby resin that sands well is ideal.

Once printed, I’ll need the parts cleaned, cured, and safely packed for shipping so edges remain crisp. Let me know your typical turnaround time, maximum build volume, and whether you can accommodate small production runs if the first batch meets expectations.
