Small Mixed Data Entry Task

I have fewer than 100 records that need to be keyed in by hand. Each record combines text fields—such as product names and short notes—with numeric values like prices and stock codes. The source is a set of clear scans; I will share them as PDFs and need the information transferred into my Google Sheet (Excel is fine if you prefer—I'll convert).

Accuracy matters more than speed. Consistent formatting, correct spelling, and tidy column alignment are essential because the file feeds directly into a reporting dashboard.
