Small Landscaping Business Coach

I run a growing, owner-operated landscaping company and need an experienced business coach I can check in with regularly. My biggest pain point is overall workflow optimization—especially how I delegate work. Right now I juggle daily operations and project management myself, which bottlenecks scheduling, hiring decisions, financial planning and, ultimately, growth.

Here’s what I want us to achieve together:

• Map my current processes and highlight immediate time-savers
• Build a delegation framework for daily operations and project management so the crew can run without me on site
• Refine scheduling methods that keep jobs on time and crews fully utillised
• Develop a simple, actionable hiring and onboarding plan
• Review cash flow and job-costing reports to set clear financial targets and growth milestones

I’m looking for practical, hands-on guidance—not theory—delivered through focused calls (video or phone) plus concise action steps I can implement between sessions. Familiarity with service businesses, landscaping, or other trades is a plus, as is experience with tools like QuickBooks, Jobber, LMN or similar workflow software.

Additionally, I would like to grow the business slowly and figure out how to start taking on small commercial landscaping projects that incorporate native plants.
