Small Garden Bed Weeding

I need someone to clear the weeds from a compact garden bed while leaving every existing plant intact. The space isn’t large, but the weeds are starting to crowd my plants so precision matters as much as speed. I expect you to work by hand or with light tools—no herbicides—so roots of the good plants stay undisturbed and the soil structure remains healthy.
