Small Commercial Structural Drafting in AutoCAD

The project is a small timber framed Marquee (Plan dimension 6m x 8m, height to apex ~ 4m) that has already been built. I need a structural drawing set that I can assess as a structural engineer, indicate any alterations that need to be done and submit for building approval. I have pencil sketches and site photos, to assist the drafter in producing the drawings which shall include fully annotated plans, sections and details—foundation, framing, connection details and general notes. All drafting must stay within AutoCAD but pdfs can be sent to me for review.

Please highlight your experience with commercial and residential structures when you respond. If you have sample pdf drawings that show your annotation style and detail clarity, feel free to attach them; so that I can see your skill level and the type of work you have previously done.

There is potential for this to be the first of many jobs of a similar nature, if we have a good working relationship. Please indicate whether you have access to MSTeams or another online video chat software which will enable communicating with myself for briefings and questions during the drawing process.

Deliverables (DWG + PDF):
• Complete structural plan set ready for engineer review ( Likely, 3-4 drawings)
• Layered, well-organized source files that match our naming convention
• A brief revision log documenting any changes made after feedback
