Looking for candidates with direct experience running or managing a small business or their own venture, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, proprietors, and founders, with Hindi proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Role Overview
Evaluate and compare the quality of responses from multiple AI chatbots across real-world small business use cases.
The role requires candidates to use their small business experience and Hindi language skills to create realistic business scenarios and evaluate AI-generated responses.

Responsibilities
Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals
Talents must have business-related documents available in Hindi
Interact with multiple AI chatbots (max. 5 turns per conversation)
Assess response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations
Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results

Requirements
Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
Fluent in Hindi, with the ability to understand and communicate business-related information
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
Comfortable interacting with AI tools
Must have business-related documents/materials available in Hindi

What You'll Work On
Create engaging visual content for marketing
Help answer and evaluate situations related to day-to-day operations and customer interactions
Conduct market research and contribute ideas in your area of expertise
Work with data to support analysis and financial planning
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for small business use cases
Use tools and input files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and images as part of your workflow

Key Work Areas:
1. Marketing Content Creation – Visual
30% minimum: Users should provide their own business logo or product images.
Create or modify logos, campaigns, flyers, designs, product catalogs, and artwork.
Help users bring visual ideas to life or modify existing visuals.

2. Daily Operations & Customer Management
50% minimum: Users should provide file inputs.
Support daily workflows, inventory logistics, team schedules, and CRM tasks.
Help organize business operations and reduce manual data entry.

3. Market Intelligence & Ideation
Research competitors and target audience behavior.
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify market saturation.
Contribute to business growth, SEO, launch, and monetization strategies.

4. Data Analysis & Financial Planning
80% minimum: Users should provide file inputs.
Work with budgets, cash flow, bookkeeping, pricing, and quoting.
Help users understand profitability and financial runway.
Generate quick and accurate estimates to support business decisions.

The business type does not matter.
Candidates must submit their business portfolio in Hindi and should be comfortable working with Hindi-language business content, documents, and real-world business scenarios.
