Small business funding broker and lender relations help

Small ticket-resale business owner in Tennessee is looking for $3,000 to $8,000 in small-business funding. I need someone who has worked with banks, SBA lenders, credit unions, community lenders and small-business investors, and who can introduce me to them, prepare my applications and track replies. Please send references and examples of past funded deals. Rules: no upfront fees to you or from you, and no fees before funding. Pay is hourly with a cap that we agree before work starts, or a commission paid only out of money actually funded. Nothing is submitted without my approval.
