I’m looking for ongoing help keeping my small-business finances tidy and transparent. Each week you’ll take the bank and card transactions I provide, categorise them on a cash-basis, and keep the ledger current in either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer. At month-end, I want one clear report that shows total income, total expenses, and net profit; no balance sheet or cash-flow statement is required.

Turnaround for the first month’s clean-up and report is 3-5 days so we can review the workflow together. From there the same rhythm continues every month.

Deliverables each cycle:
• Updated, categorised transaction sheet (cash basis, weekly categorisation)
• One-page monthly summary of income, expenses and profit in Excel or Google Sheets format
