I already have a clean, watertight 3D model of the headpiece. I now need that model converted into a production-ready slush-cast mold that I can 3D-print or CNC.

Scope
• Split the model into logical mold shells, adding registration keys, pour spouts, and air vents optimised for slush casting.
• Design wall thickness so the final pull in flexible rubber or silicone cures evenly and stays lightweight.
• Size everything for one standard adult head; no custom sizing is required.
• Provide clear assembly and casting notes (ideal rotation speed, recommended dwell time, demold sequence).

Deliverables
1. Editable CAD files (STEP or equivalent) plus high-resolution STL meshes ready to print.
2. A brief PDF or text guide covering part orientation, fastening hardware, and post-processing tips.

Experience with prop making, wearable FX pieces, or similar soft-cast projects is highly valued. If you have past examples of molds prepared for silicone slush casting, please include them.
