Your Role:
As a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering professional, high-quality support and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes
Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
Native or fluent Slovak speaker
Good level of English for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
