Slot Availability Alert Automation

I need a small, resilient Python service that checks a protected “slot” page every few seconds and pushes a Telegram message the very moment the page flips from “no slots” to “slots available” (and again when they vanish). The job breaks down into three clear parts:

1. Stealth requests
The target site sits behind a fairly strict WAF and fingerprints browsers. I want the HTTP layer written with curl_cffi and/or TLS-impersonation so the traffic looks like a real browser session, not a basic requests/urllib call. Whichever approach proves more stable in practice is fine; feel free to combine both.

2. Zero-to-low-cost IP rotation
Please wire the scraper through an IP solution that does not rely on costly residential proxy subscriptions. A self-hosted Linux VPS proxy chain, dynamic IP switching, or an open-source proxy aggregator are all on the table—I’m open to whichever option you judge most reliable.

3. Telegram push alerts
On every state change (“available” ➜ “unavailable” or the reverse) the service must instantly send a concise message to a Telegram chat I specify. No duplicates, no polling spam—only real changes trigger messages.

Deliverables
• Python source with clear config variables (target URL, check interval, Telegram token/chat ID).
• Bash/Ansible or README steps to spin up any supporting proxy components on an Ubuntu VPS.
• A short test script or instructions that demonstrate the alert firing on a mocked state change.

If you’ve built stealth scrapers before and know your way around curl_cffi, TLS signatures, and basic proxy routing, this should be a quick, satisfying build.
