I need a concise, eye-catching edit for a short real-estate commercial. The overall look must feel modern and sleek—think clean motion graphics, quick-moving cuts, and tasteful on-screen text that elevates the property’s appeal rather than distracts from it.

You will receive all the raw assets I have (video clips, high-res photos, brand logo, and music beds) and your role is to turn them into a polished final piece suitable for social media and web. I’m open to your creative input on pacing, transitions, and color grade as long as the finished spot feels fresh and sophisticated.

Deliverable:
• One master video, 30–60 seconds, 1080p (or higher if footage allows), ready for upload.

Please edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you’re most comfortable with—and provide the project file plus an exported MP4. Quick turnaround and clear communication are important to me; let me know your typical revision process so we can keep things smooth.
