Sleek Portfolio Website Needed ASAP

I need a clean, modern-looking portfolio site completed as quickly as possible. The goal is to showcase my work in a way that feels fresh and professional while loading fast on both desktop and mobile.

Scope of work
• Design a fully responsive, modern and sleek interface that lets my projects take center stage.
• Build out core pages—Home, Portfolio/Projects, About, and Contact—with intuitive navigation and smooth transitions.
• Optimise images and code for quick load times, adding subtle animations only where they enhance the story.
• Hand off all source files (Figma or equivalent design files plus HTML/CSS/JS if you code) alongside clear setup instructions.

Acceptance criteria
• Pixel-perfect match to agreed mock-ups across the latest Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
• Mobile breakpoint at 768 px and below looks just as polished.
• Lighthouse performance score stays above 90 on the final build.

The sooner the initial mock-up arrives, the better—an early preview within the first couple of days will let me sign off quickly so we can move straight into build and hand-over.
