I’m building an online home for our farm that feels modern and clean while still letting our animals and events take centre stage. The site needs four core areas:
• Home page that immediately tells our story and highlights upcoming farm visits or workshops.
• Gallery where I can showcase high-quality photos (I’ll supply all images and copy).
• “Schedule” section that I can refresh quickly as tour dates change.
• Secure checkout so visitors can reserve visits or workshops and pay by credit/debit card—Stripe or a comparable gateway is fine, as long as fees stay low and the flow is seamless on mobile.
Additionally, the website should include a QR code for ease of access, making it simple for users to navigate directly to the site.
I’m happy with WordPress, Squarespace, or any lightweight framework you recommend, provided you set it up so I can update text, photos, and prices myself without touching code. A brief walkthrough or screen-share guide at hand-off will be essential; written step-by-step notes or a short Loom video would be perfect for future reference.
Good image optimisation, responsive design, and basic on-page SEO are expected so pages load fast and rank well. The project needs to be completed within one week. Please let me know the rough timeline you envision, preferred tech stack, and any similar projects you’ve launched that match this clean aesthetic.
