Sleek Dice Betting Platform

I need a complete, production-ready dice number betting website built from scratch. Players will create an account using a straightforward email-and-password flow; no social sign-ins are required. Once inside, they should be able to place bets on a provably fair dice roll, see the result instantly, and have their balance update in real time.

A modern, sleek interface is essential—clean typography, spacious layouts, and smooth animations that load quickly on both desktop and mobile. Alongside the core betting engine I also want two engagement features baked in:

• Live chat support, so users can reach staff or each other without leaving the page.
• A referral bonus system that tracks unique codes and automatically credits rewards to both referrer and referee.

The platform must be secure, with salted password hashes, HTTPS everywhere, and server-side validation to prevent tampering. Preference is for transparent, provably fair logic (for example, client-seed/server-seed hashing), but I’m open to your recommended framework so long as the algorithm can be audited.
