SLA Molds & Urethane Prototypes

I have five finalized mold designs ready to go. STEP and STL files are available. I need a hands-on fabrication specialist who can print the five molds on an SLA/resin printer and then cast a short run of flexible urethane prototype parts.

Print all five completed mold designs via SLA/resin 3D printing in a suitable material for urethane casting.
Cast 33 finished flexible urethane prototype blocks across five sizes.
Finished part dimensions range from a 2.5" × 3" cylinder to a 15" × 6" × 4" rectangular block.
Approximately Shore A 60 flexible urethane.
Consistent flexibility across the 33 prototype pieces is important.
Finished blocks should be cleanly cast with a smooth, matte/low-gloss appearance.
Five specified colors will be provided.
Ship all five completed molds and all 33 finished prototype blocks to Colorado, USA.

Deliverables

Five SLA-printed prototype molds.
Thirty-three finished urethane prototype blocks, properly cured and cleaned.
Shipment of all five molds and 33 finished blocks to Colorado, USA.

This is fabrication only. The CAD/mold design work has already been completed. I am specifically looking for someone who can handle both the physical SLA/resin mold printing and urethane casting for this small prototype run.

Target budget: $600 total.

STEP/STL files will be provided to a suitable candidate after confirming the project is a good fit.
