Project: Build Say I’mPossible Academy Skool Communit

We are looking for an experienced Skool Community Setup & Design Specialist to build and organize a professional, engaging online community for Say I’mPossible Academy, a leadership and business development academy for entrepreneurs and emerging CEOs.

This is more than setting up a Skool page. We want someone who can help create a clear member journey from the moment someone joins through their continued growth inside the Academy.
SCOPE OF WORK

The selected freelancer will help us:

1. Set Up & Brand the Skool Community

* Set up the complete Skool community
* Apply our existing brand identity
* Create a professional community banner/header
* Create branded thumbnails and graphics
* Organize navigation and community sections
* Ensure the community looks cohesive, premium, and easy to navigate

2. Build the New Member Experience

Create a clear **START HERE** experience that walks every new member through:

* Welcome to Say I’mPossible Academy
* Watch the Welcome Video
* Community expectations/rules
* Introduce Yourself
* Complete first CEO action
* Download available resources
* Understand how to navigate the Academy
* Understand the different levels/opportunities available

The goal is for a new member to immediately know:

Where am I?
What should I do first?
What can I learn here?
How do I participate?
What is my next level?**

3. Build the Classroom Structure

Organize our existing and future content into a clear learning journey.

Some sections will need to be restricted to specific paid members.

4. Community Engagement Setup

Help organize recurring community engagement such as:

* Weekly Action/Implementation Challenges
* Wake-Up CEO Discussions
* Ask Rachel
* Friday CEO Wins
* Weekly Planning
* Polls
* Accountability posts
* Member spotlights
* Challenges and celebrations

We want members participating and implementing, not simply watching videos.

5. Gamification & Member Journey

Configure or recommend the best use of Skool's:

* Levels
* Points
* Leaderboards
* Unlockable content
* Member recognition
* Rewards

The gamification should encourage action, implementation, consistency and community participation, not meaningless posting just to earn points.

6. Graphic Assets

Create branded graphics/templates as needed, including:

* Community cover/banner
* Start Here graphic
* Welcome graphic
* Classroom/course covers
* CEO Mindset Monday
* Implementation Challenge
* Wake-Up CEO
* Friday CEO Wins
* Ask Rachel
* Plan Your Week
* Member Spotlight
* CEO Win/Celebration
* Event announcement template

Graphics should be editable in Canva, and final Canva links/files must be provided.

Supporting colors may be used where appropriate, but the overall aesthetic should remain premium, sophisticated and executive.

The design should feel like an academy and leadership movement, not a generic Facebook group.

## IMPORTANT

We already have the intellectual property, programs, frameworks, videos, resources, and brand direction.

We are NOT hiring someone to create our coaching curriculum.

We need someone who can take what already exists and turn it into a beautiful, organized and intuitive Skool experience.

You should be comfortable receiving content from our team and determining the best way to organize and present it within Skool.

IDEAL FREELANCER

You should have experience with:

* Skool community setup
* Skool Classroom
* Online course/community architecture
* Gamification
* Member onboarding
* Canva
* Community engagement
* UX/member journey
* Digital coaching or education communities

Experience working with coaches, consultants, speakers, entrepreneurs, membership programs, or online academies is strongly preferred.

At completion, we should have a launch-ready Skool community, including:

* Fully configured community
* Branded home/community experience
* Start Here onboarding
* Organized classroom
* Member levels/access structure
* Community categories
* Calendar/event structure
* Gamification strategy and setup
* Initial engagement posts
* Branded Canva graphics/templates
* Basic documentation showing our team how to maintain the community
