Skilled Trades Candidate Sourcing Services Needed

Hi, I'm exploring freelance candidate sourcing services for several skilled trades and project management positions throughout the United States.

We support industrial, commercial construction, HVAC, electrical, and renewable energy projects. Some of the positions we're sourcing include:

- HVAC Installation Project Managers (including nighttime PMs with QA/QC experience)
- Solar Construction Supervisors and Superintendents
- Solar Electricians
- Electrical Installation Technicians

I'm primarily looking for someone who can research and identify qualified candidates and provide organized candidate lists, including names, relevant experience, location, LinkedIn profiles, and available contact information.

A few questions:

1. What platforms and tools do you use to source candidates? Do you have access to LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting databases?
2. Do you simply identify candidates, or do you also contact them to determine whether they're actively seeking opportunities?
3. How do you verify contact information and confirm that candidates meet the required qualifications?
4. If I requested 10 qualified HVAC Project Managers and 10 Solar Supervisors, what would your estimated turnaround time be?
5. How do you structure your pricing—hourly, per candidate, or per completed sourcing project?
6. Could you provide an example of the candidate information or spreadsheet you typically deliver?
