.NET 8 / Azure / Mobile App Developer — Long-Term Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer who is highly skilled with .NET 8 and Azure to work with us on a long-term basis.
We currently have a .NET 8 website hosted on Microsoft Azure and are planning to develop a mobile application for both Android and iOS. The app will include selected features from our existing website, along with potentially new features designed specifically for mobile users.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Android and iOS mobile application.
Integrate the mobile app with our existing .NET 8 backend.
Work with and modify our existing .NET 8 website when needed.
Make changes and improvements to our Azure-hosted infrastructure and services.
Develop new features for both the website and mobile application.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing functionality.
Help us make technical decisions and recommend the best solutions as the project evolves.
What We Are Looking For
Strong professional experience with .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core.
Strong experience developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure.
Ability to work comfortably across the backend, website, mobile application, and Azure environment.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, deployment, and integrations.
Able to understand an existing codebase and make changes without breaking existing functionality.
Professional, reliable, and able to communicate clearly.
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the technologies they work with. Using AI-assisted development tools is fine, but you must be able to write, understand, debug, explain, and maintain the code yourself.
