# Meta Media Buyer for High-Volume, Multi-SKU DTC Brand (Freelancer or Agency)

## About us

We run a DTC ecommerce brand selling primarily to US customers, with European expansion planned for the coming months. We'll share the niche on a call, but the key thing to know is the shape of the business: we are a high-volume, multi-SKU brand. Our catalogue is broad and growing — rather than one hero product, we continuously add new designs and SKUs of the same product type, and our growth depends on reliably finding winners among them. Think of how a fashion, leather goods or home decor brand works: a similar buyer across the range, but hundreds of individual products that each need to be tested, scaled or cut.

The account is established and profitable: we began scaling properly in June 2026 and spent roughly $35k USD on Meta in the last 30 days. Our plan is to roughly double monthly spend each month through the end of the year, and our team is focused on growing the catalogue with artists to support that. We are a small, hands-on team with our own creative, copywriting and landing-page production in place. What we need is someone who owns the media buying side of Meta and turns our inputs into profitable, scalable spend.

## What you'll do

- Own day-to-day management of our Meta ad account: campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, scaling and cutting.
- Take over a working account with existing winners and history. Your first job is to protect what's performing while building a testing engine on top of it, not to rebuild from scratch.
- Plan and execute our expansion into European markets (initially English-language, with localised pages and creative supplied by us as we roll out further countries).
- Run a structured, ongoing creative testing process for new designs and SKUs entering the catalogue — often several per week — and graduate winners into scaling campaigns without destabilising what's already working.
- Test and compare landing page formats — product detail pages vs. listicles vs. advertorials — and tell us which formats win for which product groups.
- Test new creative formats (statics, UGC-style video, carousels, catalog/DPA, etc.) and feed back clear direction on what Meta is rewarding right now.
- Monitor competitors and adjacent niches for creative angles, offers and formats, and translate that into briefs for our team.
- Walk us through your strategy and results on a regular call and in a short written update. We want to understand your thinking, not just see the numbers.
- Optional: produce static image creatives yourself. We can cover both statics and video in-house, so this is a plus, not a requirement.

## How we work together

We supply the pages, creatives and copy. You plug in and run the media buying.

- Our copywriting and listicle content lives in Airtable. You can connect to it directly (we're happy for you to use Claude Code, Codex or similar) and use the copy as-is or adapt your own variations for ads.
- We'll give you access to the ad account, pixel/dataset and creative library.
- Exact cadence, reporting format and scope are flexible and we'll agree them on a call. Ideal minimal-touchpoint setup: we hand over assets, you log in and manage, and we meet weekly for strategy.

## Who we're looking for

- Currently managing multiple Meta ad accounts (please state how many and at what spend levels).
- Direct experience with high-volume, multi-SKU catalogue brands — fashion, apparel, leather goods, jewellery, home decor, print-on-demand or similar — where you've had to structure testing and scaling across many products rather than one offer. Single hero-product experience alone is not a fit.
- A clear, repeatable creative-testing methodology and a track record of scaling ecommerce accounts from ~$35k/month to $150k+/month while holding efficiency.
- Comfortable with landing page split testing and reading the funnel beyond the ad (CTR → CVR → AOV → ROAS).
- Good understanding of current Meta best practices: Advantage+ shopping/sales campaigns, dynamic creative, catalogue ads, attribution and CAPI/pixel hygiene.
- Strong communicator in English who can explain strategy plainly.
- Open to individual freelancers and Meta-specialised agencies. Agencies: tell us who would actually be in the account day to day.

## Engagement and budget

- Current monthly ad spend: ~$35k USD (last 30 days), targeting roughly 2x month-on-month growth through December 2026.
- Engagement: monthly retainer plus a performance bonus tied to hitting a 3x blended ROAS target while scaling. Please quote your retainer and the bonus structure you'd propose.
- Start: as soon as possible. Initial 3-month trial period with a view to a long-term relationship as spend grows.
- Time zone: we're based in Dubai (GMT+4); a few hours of overlap for calls is needed.

## How to apply

Please include:

1. 2–3 multi-SKU ecommerce accounts you've managed (niche, spend level, results, your role). Anonymised is fine.
2. A short description of your creative testing framework — how you test a new SKU and decide when to scale or kill it.
3. One example of a landing page or creative format test you ran and what you learned.
4. Your pricing structure and availability.
5. Whether you offer static creative production.

One thing to be upfront about: the 3x ROAS target applies while doubling spend, so we're looking for someone who has scaled aggressively before and can speak to how they maintain efficiency through it. Applications that only paste a generic portfolio will not be considered. Start your proposal with the word "catalogue" so we know you've read this.
