About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join us on an ongoing project.

We are an IT startup with an experienced development team, including full-stack engineers, designers, and other technical specialists. We are currently expanding our development capacity and looking to build relationships with talented engineers who can work with us on international projects.

This is not simply a one-time coding task. We are interested in finding a reliable engineer who can potentially work with us on multiple projects over the long term.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a developer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend development.

Required Skills
Strong experience with modern frontend development
Strong experience with backend/API development
Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs
Strong database knowledge
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Ability to understand existing codebases and architecture
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
Preferred Technical Experience

Experience with some of the following technologies is highly desirable:

React / Next.js
Node.js / TypeScript
Python
PostgreSQL / MySQL
MongoDB
AWS / Azure / GCP
Docker
GitHub / GitLab
CI/CD
Third-party API integrations

You do not need to know every technology listed above. Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important than a specific technology stack.

Responsibilities

Depending on the project, you may be responsible for:

Developing new web applications and features
Building frontend interfaces
Developing backend services and APIs
Designing database structures
Integrating third-party services and APIs
Debugging and improving existing applications
Reviewing code and improving architecture
Working with designers and other engineers
Testing and deploying applications
Communicating progress and technical decisions

Have 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
Can take ownership of features from requirements through deployment
Think about architecture, performance, security, and maintainability
Can communicate clearly in English
Are responsive and reliable
Can work with an existing engineering team
Are interested in a long-term working relationship
