SketchUp & Twinmotion Interior Visuals

For a pair of 1,200 sq.ft residential flats I need a full digital package so the design team and client can review every room in detail and walk through the project in real time.

Scope
• 2D drawings: dimensioned plans, reflected ceiling plans and basic elevations that match the final 3D geometry.
• SketchUp model: one .skp file that carries the entire build, detailed to the level of doors, windows, cabinets, sanitary fixtures, lighting and other fittings. Layer and tag the model logically so elements can be isolated quickly.
• Interior renderings: high-quality still images of the living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms taken from the SketchUp model. I am after photoreal output—feel free to use V-Ray, Enscape or a comparable plug-in inside SketchUp if that speeds up the process.
• Twinmotion file: import the same SketchUp geometry into Twinmotion, assign PBR materials, lighting and vegetation where appropriate and hand over the .tm file. I will use this for live walkthroughs, so please maintain the same furniture layout and camera views you create for the stills.

File Naming & Delivery
1. PDFs for 2D sheets (A3).
2. The native .skp file plus all texture folders.
3. A rendered-images folder with lossless PNGs and one layered PSD in case colour tweaks are needed.
4. The .tm project with all linked assets inside a single zipped directory.

I will provide initial hand-sketches and room dimensions on award; you can start blocking immediately. Let me know up front if you anticipate any missing information so I can supply it before modelling begins.
