I have an existing 2-D drawing that now needs to live as an accurate SketchUp model. The priorities are clear dimensions throughout the space, an intermediate level of geometric and material detail, and well-considered furniture placement and lighting so that the layout feels believable when orbiting the model.

You will start from the drawing I supply (PDF/DWG) and build a clean, grouped, and properly layered SketchUp file. Every wall, opening, and major built-in must read true to the plan; I rely on those measurements for downstream work. Once geometry is locked, add the furniture layout that appears on the original drawing—or sensible equivalents where items are only hinted at—and incorporate ceiling and task lighting so that shadows and ambience render realistically.

Deliverables
• Native .skp file organised in layers/tags, fully dimensioned
• Two to three high-resolution perspective renders showing the furnished, lit interior
• One annotated plan view exported as PDF highlighting key dimensions

I value proven experience with SketchUp and rendering plug-ins (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar). When you reply, point me to a couple of projects that demonstrate comparable interior modelling and rendering—no need for a lengthy proposal, just evidence that you’ve handled measured interiors before.
