I will supply fully dimensioned 2D plans and elevations for a 1,250 sq.ft apartment. Your task is to turn those drawings into a tidy, well-layered SketchUp file that shows the complete structure and all interior details.
The scope stops at the apartment’s inside face—no exterior context is required—but I do need the rooms to feel lived-in through decorative elements such as mouldings, built-ins, artwork niches and similar touches. Standard SketchUp textures and materials are fine; please keep them lightweight so the file stays responsive.
On delivery I expect:
• A native .skp file organised by tags and scenes for easy navigation
• Key perspective scenes that showcase each room’s decorative work
• A brief note on any assumptions made during modelling
If something in my 2D package is unclear, ask up front so modelling time is spent efficiently. Looking forward to seeing the space come alive.
