SketchUp Interior & Exterior Visualization

I have a full set of design documents ready and now need an artist who can turn them into a unified 3D world—both inside and out—using SketchUp as the core tool. The goal is to receive a clean, well-layered model plus a series of photorealistic stills that clearly convey materials, proportions, daylight and artificial lighting for every key space and façade.

Because this project covers both interior design and exterior architecture, you should be comfortable moving seamlessly between room-scale detailing and broader massing work. Please lean on your professional experience when proposing the most efficient modeling workflow, texture libraries and rendering engine you would use once the SketchUp geometry is complete.

Deliverables I expect:
• Native SketchUp file with organized layers/groups, ready for handoff
• High-resolution renders (minimum 4K) showing agreed viewpoints, true-to-spec materials and realistic lighting

I’ll review submissions primarily on proven experience with similar mixed-scope projects. If you have portfolio pieces that demonstrate crisp line work, accurate materiality and believable lighting, highlight them in your bid so I can see your approach at a glance.

Timeline, number of views and any specialty passes (clay, night, exploded axon, etc.) can be finalized together after you assess the drawings.
