SketchUp Interior Addition Rendering

I’m preparing a proposed home addition for one of my clients and need a polished SketchUp rendering that focuses solely on the new interior space. The scope is limited to the bathroom/laundry room we’re adding; no exterior features, landscaping, or other rooms are required.

You’ll start from my architectural plans (PDF and DWG available) and develop a fully textured, realistically lit SketchUp model that illustrates finishes, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and any built-in storage we specify. The goal is to give my client clear still images and an orbitable model that communicates flow, material choices, and overall feel before construction begins.

Deliverables
• Editable .skp file of the addition only
• 3–4 high-resolution perspective renders (PNG or JPG) highlighting key angles
• One short walkthrough or scene animation (optional but preferred if time allows)

Acceptance criteria
• Accurate dimensions matching the supplied drawings
• Real-world materials assigned to all surfaces
• Lighting that reflects typical residential fixtures (no overexposed views)
• File size optimized so the model opens smoothly on a mid-range laptop
