SketchUp House Floor Plan Drafting

I need a clear, accurately scaled house floor plan built directly in SketchUp. I will supply the key reference material—hand sketches, measurements, photos, or any other details you request—once we start. My priority is that the final model be easy for me to update later, so please group geometry sensibly, keep layers/components organised, and label rooms clearly.

We can agree together on how far to take the model. At minimum I want all walls, doors, and windows placed to the correct dimensions, but if you’re comfortable adding furniture blocks or even pushing the design to a full 3-D massing with exterior materials, let me know; I’m open to that scope as an optional add-on.

Deliverables
• Native SketchUp (.skp) file, clean and well-structured
• PDF or image exports of each floor with room names and dimensions
• Any texture or component libraries used, if applicable

I’m looking to kick this off right away and would like an estimated turnaround time in your proposal, along with a few samples of similar SketchUp floor plans you’ve completed. Feel free to ask any clarifying questions before we begin—getting the layout right the first time is more important than rushing.
