I have a completed SketchUp model and need a clear, planning-ready floor plan produced from it. The drawing must show every room with accurate, legible dimensions so the planner can verify overall scale and internal sizes at a glance.
What I will give you
• The original .skp file, organised by layers/groups
• Any additional notes you might need on intended use of each space
What I expect back
1. A clean, architecturally presented floor plan derived directly from the model
2. All room dimensions called out in metric (centre-to-centre and overall wall lengths)
3. Scaled PDF suitable for planning submission plus the editable CAD file (DWG or DXF)
Acceptance criteria
• Geometry matches the SketchUp model exactly
• Dimension text is clear at 1:100 on A3
• No furniture or service layouts are required—just the architectural footprint with dimensions
If you can turn this around quickly while keeping line-weights and annotations professional, let’s get started.
