Scope of Work
- Create an accurate 3D model based on the provided DWG drawings.
- All technical details are provided in the DWG file, including plans and elevations.
- Ensure that all details specified in the drawings are accurately represented in the 3D model.
- Maintain correct dimensions, proportions, and construction details as per the drawings.
- Deliver the editable SketchUp (.skp) file.

Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp and architectural 3D modelling.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and elevations accurately.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- No rendering is required. I only need the completed 3D model.
