Sketch-Like Scribble Animation Overlay

I have a 10-second video clip where the main subject, an old lighthouse, is missing the top. I want to recreate the top of the lighthouse and an imaginary beam of light coming from the lighthouse, with a sketch-like raw scribble animation that sits directly on the subject. The line work should feel hand-drawn and imperfect—think colored pencil strokes that wiggle slightly.

You’ll receive the clip in 4K 30 fps MP4 and a photo of the lighthouse showing the missing top to use as a guide. Please return:

• A version of the video with the scribble baked in, same resolution and frame rate.

Feel free to use After Effects, Animate, Procreate, or any tool you trust, as long as the final look remains true to that raw, sketchbook style. Timing is straightforward: the drawing should fade in during the first 2 seconds, then stay visible for the remaining 8 seconds.
