Sketch Aerial Cemetery Maps

I need four separate aerial views of our cemetery master plan turned into expressive ink-style sketches laid directly over the existing photography I will supply. Each image must clearly call out the key landmarks, the full network of pathways and roads, and our signature areas—gardens, monuments, and other focal points—so members can instantly grasp the layout at a glance.

Here’s how I picture the flow: once you receive the photos, you’ll layer an ink sketch treatment that feels hand-rendered yet still precise enough for planning discussions. Clean lines, varied stroke weights, and selective shading are important.

Four views:
• High level - showing property relative to other points of interest in the area
• Current layout
• Proposed section layout (the attached is very boxy, the sketch would soften this and add other colouring cues, etc.)
• Proposed paths/roads layout

Deliverables
• 4 print-ready PNGs or layered PSD files (minimum 300 dpi)
• Any working files so our in-house designer can adjust labels later if needed
