My e-commerce site is online, but I see plenty of room for a stronger foundation before I scale campaigns. I want to tackle three things in parallel: make every page load fast, tighten on-page SEO, and smooth out any UX friction. At the same time, I need the Facebook Ads account readied and the Meta Pixel firing accurately on key events so we can measure real performance from day one.

Here’s what I expect as concrete outcomes:

• Performance boost – image compression, code minification, caching and any quick-win server tweaks that push Core Web Vitals into the green.
• SEO cleanup – corrected meta tags, headings, schema markup, plus logical internal linking so search bots read the site exactly as users do.
• UX polish – responsive checks, clearer CTAs and a friction-free checkout that feels fast on mobile.
• Facebook setup – Business Manager and Ad Account configured, Pixel installed site-wide with standard events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase) and custom conversions if needed. All events must be verified inside Events Manager.

When you finish, I’ll run Lighthouse and Facebook’s Test Events tool; if both pass without critical errors, we’re done. A brief hand-off document outlining changes and next steps will close the project.
