PROJECT: Institutional corporate website for NEVIE-GLOBAL SAS (investment holding company) — 10 pages, dynamic CMS, connected lead-generation forms, 21 documented automation/infrastructure workflows.
TYPE: Multi-page corporate site with dynamic CMS backend, sober/premium institutional style (inspiration: Peugeot Invest, Eurazeo, Wendel).
CORE PAGES (10, French, fixed structure — full detailed spec provided to shortlisted candidates):
Home / Group overview
The Group (history, vision, philosophy)
Our Model (holding mechanics)
Governance
Our Companies / Holdings (dynamic list by pole, per-company status)
Growth & Acquisitions
Sell your business (qualified lead form)
Contact (general form)
Legal notice
Privacy policy + Cookies (Accept/Reject/Customize banner)
BRAND CHARTER: Dark background
#0D0B08, gold accents
#C8961E /
#D4A520, electric blue
#0A6CFF, Poppins typography, "N" emblem.
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
Dynamic CMS (custom post type or equivalent) — add/edit companies without touching code. 4-role permission matrix (Administrator / Content Editor / Acquisitions Manager / Developer), with mandatory approval step before any Editor-submitted content goes live.
Two lead forms (business-transfer + general contact) connected to an existing n8n webhook (URL provided, no dashboard access). Each business-transfer submission generates a unique file ID; attachments (PDF/DOCX/XLSX) stored privately, never public URL.
21 documented workflows covering form handling & error states, CMS publishing/approval, daily backups with tested restoration, staging→production deployment with rollback, user access management & revocation, incident handling, uptime/SSL monitoring & alerts, and GDPR-compliant data deletion on defined retention periods. Full workflow specification (21 sheets) provided to shortlisted candidates before final agreement.
Security: HTTPS, CSRF/XSS/injection protection, rate limiting, secure headers, Secure/HttpOnly/SameSite cookies, no secrets in Git, dependencies up to date.
Accessibility target: WCAG 2.2 AA.
Performance: Lighthouse Performance/Accessibility/Best Practices/SEO all ≥ 90. Core Web Vitals: LCP < 2.5s, INP < 200ms, CLS < 0.1.
Daily content backups, 7-day minimum retention, independent of hosting, restoration tested before final delivery.
Cookie banner: zero non-essential tracker before consent or after "Reject".
Stack proposed by the developer but must be validated before start (must integrate with existing n8n, Railway/PostgreSQL, Cloudflare). No off-the-shelf builder that can't meet the above.
Full Git repository delivered, 100% IP transfer on final payment. No DNS/hosting/production access retained after delivery.
Full documentation: admin, deployment, backup, n8n, dependency list.
MILESTONES & PAYMENT ($120 USD FIXED TOTAL — non-negotiable):
Escrow payments strictly on platform:
Milestone 1 (~35% – $42 USD): CMS base + design/structure of the 10 pages, approved
Milestone 2 (~35% – $42 USD): Both forms connected (n8n), full content integrated, core workflows implemented
Milestone 3 (~30% – $36 USD): Full 21-workflow test pass (PASS/FAIL log), security/accessibility/performance thresholds met, documentation + full transfer, final sign-off
CONDITIONS:
No off-platform or cryptocurrency payments.
Written sign-off required before releasing each milestone.
No direct access to DNS, domain, or production infrastructure will be provided at any point.
The $120 fixed price does not authorize reducing, removing, or simplifying any deliverable listed above. If you consider this scope technically incompatible with this budget, say so clearly in your proposal with an alternative price — do not accept and renegotiate mid-project. Proposals that accept the full scope and later request scope changes or additional payment will be rejected without exception.
MANDATORY QUESTION: Please share links to 2 of your best CMS-driven, multi-page corporate websites you built (not templates), plus one example where you connected a form to a webhook (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). Automated generic bids will be ignored.
