SipVault React Frontend Completion

SipVault is a multi-tenant document and form management platform that is already live but still rough around the edges. The backend APIs are stable enough for now; the real pain point is the React frontend, which needs a senior hand to remove instability, close feature gaps, and get us confidently to production-ready status.

Scope of work
• Audit the existing React codebase and pinpoint the root causes of crashes, inconsistent state handling, and sluggish rendering.
• Refactor problem areas (hooks, context, Redux slices, component architecture) so the UI runs smoothly across browsers.
• Finish partially built screens for document upload, version tracking, and dynamic form creation, wiring them to our existing REST endpoints.
• Harden the system with unit tests (Jest) and component tests (React Testing Library / Cypress) so regressions are caught early.
• Improve build and deployment scripts (Webpack, Vite, or similar—your recommendation) to streamline our CI/CD pipeline.

Deliverables will be accepted once the React app:
1. Passes the current automated test suite plus new coverage for the fixes you implement.
2. Shows no critical errors in the console after a full regression run.
3. Meets the UI/UX spec already stored in Figma and matches the existing backend contracts.
