Single Mover for Small Truck

I’m looking for one strong, reliable helper to load and unload a small 10-12 ft moving truck. The job is straightforward: carry boxes and household items from my third floor apartment into the truck, secure them, then unload at the destination the same day. No speciality gear is required—I have the dollies, straps, and blankets ready—just bring work gloves and sturdy shoes.

Most furniture pieces are average weight; nothing oversized or unusually fragile is involved. I expect we’ll need no more than three hours in total, but I’ll pay for the full block we agree on even if we finish early.
