Single-Member LLC Registration Help

I’m ready to form a single-member LLC and want the entire process handled for me from start to finish. I already know which state I’ll be registering in, but I need complete, hands-on assistance with every state-specific requirement—from name availability and preparation of the Articles of Organization right through to securing the stamped approval.

You’ll be expected to:
• Confirm name availability in my chosen state’s database
• Draft and file the Articles of Organization through the state portal (or by mail if required)
• Act as the registered agent or coordinate one if it must be in-state
• Obtain an EIN from the IRS once the formation is approved
• Provide an operating agreement template tailored for a single-member structure
• Return all acceptance notices, stamped documents, and login credentials (if any) so I have full control going forward
