Single-Family Plan & Structure

I need complete 2D drafting for a new single-family home and the accompanying structural design. The floorplan must clearly map out the living room and all bedrooms, the kitchen with its dining area, plus bathrooms and utility spaces. My priorities are straightforward: the layout should favour an open floor plan, the structure must meet recognised earthquake-resistant standards, and every component should be detailed for long-term energy efficiency.

Deliverables I expect:
• Editable CAD files (DWG/DXF) of the architectural floorplan
• Structural drawings with beam, column, and foundation details that satisfy local seismic codes
• A concise calculation sheet or model output showing load paths and energy-efficiency elements
• A PDF set ready for permit submission

I usually review drawings in AutoCAD or Revit, so compatibility with either keeps the process smooth.
