Single-City Android Ride-Hailing App

I need an Android application that recreates the core Rapido experience for use in just one city, fully branded with my own logo and colours. Users must be able to register or log in, book a ride, pay inside the app, follow their driver’s live GPS location, and review every completed trip in a ride-history screen.

Deliverables
• Release-ready Android APK and complete, well-documented source code
• Secure backend and database powering registration, bookings, payments, GPS updates and ride logs
• Basic admin interface (web or in-app) for monitoring rides and managing users
• Deployment guide and one post-launch bug-fix cycle

Acceptance criteria
• A new user can sign up, book, pay and track a ride end-to-end without crashes or hangs
• Each trip automatically appears in the ride-history list
• App meets Google Play guidelines and runs smoothly on Android 8.0 and above

Preferred tech stacks such as Kotlin, Java, Firebase, Node.js or similar are welcome as long as they keep the code clean, scalable and easy to hand over. Let me know your proposed approach and timeline, and we can get moving.
