Simple YouTube work

We are looking for someone good at YouTube work to do a simple project:

1. Post a video of approximately 10 minutes on YouTube
2. Post a passage description of about 4,000 Chinese words on the same webpage
3. Turn off the YouTube option allowing public comments (dialogue box, etc.)

For example:

• In this YouTube video, they have a short Chinese description that immediately follows. We can have similar treatment, but in our case, there are 4,000 Chinese words, so we want someone who can handle such a long description

• In this YouTube video, they also have nearly 200 comments from the public. We want to turn that option off and not invite comments

I will send you the video and passage beforehand.

A small bonus will be paid if you can stick to our formatting of the passage (bold type, underline, etc.) as closely as possible.
