Simple Website Build and Launch

I’m looking for a developer who can take my initial idea—currently summed up as “Hello mister”—and turn it into a fully functional website. At this stage, the main requirement is getting a clean, responsive site online; I’m open to whether it ultimately becomes an e-commerce storefront, a blog, or a portfolio, and I’d value your guidance on the best direction.

Here’s what I need:
• A modern, mobile-friendly layout built with reliable web standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or a preferred framework).
• Basic pages such as Home, About, and Contact, with room to expand later.
• Easy content management—WordPress, Webflow, or another intuitive CMS.
• Initial SEO setup so the site is index-ready.
• Integration of any essential extras (contact form, social links, basic analytics).

I don’t have firm branding or content yet, so if you’re comfortable assisting with copy or light design work, that’s a plus. Please include links to sites you’ve built, your preferred tech stack, and a brief outline of how you’d approach the project and timeline.
