I’m putting together a basic auger-style spiral that will convey granular material, and I need a clean 3D model I can pass straight to prototyping. The geometry can stay simple—no elaborate fillets or assembly callouts—just an accurate helix sized to the dimensions we agree on, with a central shaft and the necessary clearance for smooth flow of the grains.
Any CAD platform you’re comfortable with is fine; just export the finished part to a neutral format such as STEP and STL so I can drop it into other software. If you build it in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender, or another package, that’s completely up to you.
Deliverable:
• Finished 3D file (STEP + STL) of the spiral auger, ready for fabrication.
Once I approve the shape and overall measurements, we’re done. If you need further specs—diameter, pitch, or length—let me know and I’ll supply them right away.
